Our holistic approach combines traditional Malay urut, which focuses on expelling "angin" (wind) through long strokes on the veins and using medicinal oils; Chinese Tui Na, which aims to release the flow of energy throughout the body; Indian head massage, or champissage, which targets acupressure points on the head, neck, and shoulders to improve hair and scalp health; and Sabahan massage, a deep tissue practice by the Dusun people using thumb pressure to alleviate the physical strain from their agricultural work and restore flexibility and mobility.
