Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for each guest, and a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Appointments made within 24 hours must be canceled within 4 hours of the appointment time to avoid a 50%
charge.
